Hypocritical Justice System Arrests Black Mom for Spanking her Children After Burglary!

When 30-year-old Schaquana Spears received a call stating that her three young children had burglarized a neighbor’s home, she rushed home from work. Upon arriving she found stolen goods in her house and her children frantically scrambling to escape with the merchandise. She reacted by grabbing up a belt and spanking all three of them in an attempt to recover and return what was stolen. While many would see Schaquana’s actions as that of a loving mother discouraging criminal activity in her home, this was not the sentiment of the Louisiana justice system. Schaquana soon found herself arrested and imprisoned for child cruelty and at present does not have custody of her children. This gross and perverse miscarriage of justice is proof of just how far this society has fallen away from Biblical values and just plain common sense.

Proverbs Chapter 23:13 Withhold not correction from the child: for [if] thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. 14 Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.
The scriptures tell us not to withhold correction from an unruly, or in this case a criminal child. It further explains that spanking your children according to the scriptures, (Not Using Deadly or Excessive Force) will not kill them. The same cannot be said for the countless black youth shot dead by the police or who have died in police custody.

Proverbs 13:24He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

Proverbs 29:15The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left [to himself] bringeth his mother to shame.

If Schaquana Spears had not taken actions to chastise her children, they would have continued to bring her shame and in the end she would have felt the grief of a losing a child, either to prison or the grave.

Just over three months ago 17yr old Trevon Johnson was shot dead by a home owner in an attempted burglary. In this case which received its own share of media coverage there was an overwhelming stream of support for the home owner who killed Trevon, while at the same time disgust for his family members who attempted to justify his criminal behavior.

Proverbs 20:11 Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right.

His sister and female cousin were quoted as saying: “You have to look at it from every child’s point of view that was raised in the hood,”. “You have to understand… how he gonna get his money to have clothes to go to school? You have to look at it from his point-of-view.”

Proverbs 17:15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord.

They justified their thieving family member and condemned the person who shot him, although she had every right under the laws of God and man to defend her property. And as far as the so-called point of view of “Every Child in the Hood” – The Holy Bible answers the question of how’s he gonna get money for clothes to go to school.

Ephesians 4:28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

In stark contrast to this despicable behavior of justifying the wicked, which the Bible says is an abomination – Schaquana Spears did exactly what the scriptures commands a loving parent to do but was condemned to prison and had her children taken away by a wicked and hypocritical so-called “Justice System”.

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

The Heavenly Father warns us in the Holy Bible that when we teach our children the right and just way to live it will grieve our enemies. This story illustrates just how much the “Injustice” System is “The Enemy” of Blacks and so-called minorities when they repent and attempt to raise a family in righteousness. If Schaquana Spears had allowed her children to be arrested or killed for their crimes, society would view them as just another statistic. But because she instead disciplined them to discourage their deviant behavior she is condemned.

Lisa Nicholson, the neighbor whose home was burglarized by Spears’ children recently spoke in support of Spears actions stating: she thought the single mother of six should be commended, not arrested. “If it was me,” she said, “I’m gonna beat you before I let the cops kill you. I’m gonna do what I have to do. I’m not gonna let (my children) steal and kill and do all of that. I’m not gonna let them fall victim to the streets.”
