The website “collegehumor.com” has always been known to push the envelope when it comes to their particularly brash sense of humor and insensitive antics. And when it comes to their satirical attacks it is clear that no topic is off limits and nothing is sacred. In an older sketch that has resurfaced on social media we see a motley crew of actors who are portraying themselves as “God” and a host of angels. The angels have found “God’s” secret diary which is clearly the Holy Bible and begin to critique him for bigotry, hypocrisy and a nonsensical writing style.
Among the various commandments that they mock are laws concerning diet, sexual conduct and the entire life of our Lord Jesus the Christ.

Leviticus 11:9-10 These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat. 10 And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you:

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

At one point the life of Jesus is described as a novel about a fictional hero who uses his superpowers to save others but cannot use them to save himself. Not surprisingly, this was the same insult hurled at the dying Christ as he sacrificed himself on the cross for the sins of the nation of Israel.

Matthew 27:41-42 Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said, 42 He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.

Matthew 12:36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

Proverbs 14:9 Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous there is favour.

The lives of the Holy Men of God were often the subject of mockery, ridicule and scorn throughout the ages and these days and times are no different but the scriptures ring true and in the end everyone must give account for their words and wicked deeds.

Proverbs 1:20 Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets: 21 She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying, 22 How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? 23 Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. 24 Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; 25 But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: 26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;
