Woman accused of molesting her children while adults watched

A recent article on Huffington Post reports that a woman in Oklahoma, Natalie Webb, has been charged with sexually abusing three of her children while adults watched. The affidavit contains accounts of repeated rapes, beatings and awful living conditions, admitted by Webb and corroborated by her two of her children.

What would lead a person to do such a thing to their own children?

It turns out Natalie Webb admitted to often taking methamphetamine and one of her children corroborated the story according to the affidavit.

“[The child] said these things would happen lots of times. He thinks when mom took the needles it would make her act different … she would act weird and… her arm would have little dots where it was bleeding.”

There are many different things to say about this story but we will limit it to a few things. First off, the Lord told us that we should not abuse our bodies and taking any kind of drug like that to get high is abusing our bodies.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

Overdosing on prescription drugs is also defiling our bodies.

A lot of people are not aware that whenever they abuse themselves with drugs they’re making themselves susceptible for demons (yes, demons) to take them over. Going back to the child’s account, “when mom took the needles it would make her act different.” Because she’s allowed evil spirits to take her over, she was acting in a different manner. We realize that this concept might be difficult for some people to grasp so we invite you to check out our youtube video on drugs and the evil spirits that they put on people. (click here)

The word parent is defined as, any organism that produces or generates another. However, in the eyes of the Lord, being a parent is much more than that.

Ephesians 6:4

And, ye fathers [goes for mothers also], provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. We have to teach our children to live a godly life, that’s what makes us true parents in the eyes of the Lord. (Also check out our youtube video on what it means to be a true parent)

Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

A lot of people make the mistake of raising their children according to how they were raised as children; whether it was evil or good. One of the commenters on the article states that “in the social worker world, sexual abuse is known as ‘the gift that keeps on giving’ and stated that Natalie Webb was undoubtedly abused as a child. When the Lord told us to raise up a child in the way he should go, we have to refer to the bible and the understanding of Jesus Christ to raise our children and not according to how we were brought up.

Sexual abuse is a devastating thing to happen to anyone and the traumatic effects lasts a lifetime. In most cases it is family members doing it to their own. Sexual abuse is nothing new and the Lord gave us warnings not to do it.

Leviticus 18:6 None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the Lord.

We should all keep the following scriptures in mind.

Proverbs 15:3 The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

Micah 6:8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

We encourage you to share this article with anyone you know that might need it, as in these last days and times; people are letting evil overcome them. Also, for a more in depth look at sexual abuse, that addresses the victims and victimizer, check out our video below.
