Studying Our Bibles to Stay Focused

When we look at the world today it’s filled with nothing but confusion, extreme wickedness and people’s behavior are far removed from how God wants us to live. To make matters worse, we’re being brainwashed on a constant basis with information that seek to draw us even further away from God, whether it be through the demonic music that we listen to, movies/TV series that we watch or propaganda that’s being spread in the news or through schooling.

What will help us to stay focus on what’s right and wrong in God’s eyes and more importantly help us to escape the damnation that will be coming to this earth?

Studying and applying the words of God which are found in the bible.

Revelation 1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. The time is at hand meaning that Jesus Christ will be returning soon-a second time as promised to render his judgment.

Isaiah 34:16 Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.

But what about the argument, “the white man wrote that book so I don’t trust it.”

The aforementioned scripture tells us that is not the case when it states “my mouth it hath commanded” meaning the words came from the Lord himself to the men that wrote them down.

Psalm 68:11 The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.

Furthermore, what profit is there in the white man telling us not to commit fornication or worship idols when this society thrives on those things. Think about it-if a majority of people start taking heed to not worshiping idols so they stop from celebrating Christmas, there wouldn’t be a whole lot of gift buying around that time, so that wouldn’t be good for the economy and the white man would hate that, wouldn’t he? The same would go for Valentines day or any of these other pagan holidays that are celebrated in this society

2 Peter 1:20-21 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

The only book that have stood the test of time is the bible and it’s exactly what we need to read in order to stay focus on what we have to do to be of a sound mind in this evil wicked world.

The bible which contains the words of God was here before any of us was born and will be here long after we’re all gone.

Psalm 119:160 Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

So the same commandments and judgments that he gave 3000 years ago still stands true today and forever. So when we see or hear things like, this person is a transgender and it’s ok, there’s nothing wrong with that. Or, two people of the same gender can marry and raise a family. By studying the bible we would know that’s not the case, even though people are being brainwashed into thinking that these things are ok.

The Lord does not change with the times. So even though they just had one of the biggest pride festivals

and everywhere you went that stuff was pushed in our face,

the Lord still calls that lifestyle an abomination (Leviticus 18:22).

Malachi 3:6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

The things that are pushed in this society is totally wrong from how God wants us to be and we will only know that by studying our bibles and staying focused on the things that are commanded of us.

2 Timothy 3:15-17 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
