It caused quite a big controversy and a stir amongst people recently with the leaked draft that the Supreme Court might overturn the landmark case that made abortion legal, Roe v. Wade. There have been protests happening all around because of this in addition to arguments on social media, debates on almost every talk show circuit and even Canada saying that they will ensure border officials that Americans can travel for abortion if abortion becomes illegal in the US.

People are arguing that women’s reproductive rights are being violated, amongst other things and hardly anyone is calling it for what abortion really is-murder.

People love to argue that what if the woman gets raped or it’s incest when there are only a really small percentage of those cases.

People who are not ready to have children do the majority of abortions. Not being ready constitute of reasons such as, not financially prepared, bad timing, partner related issues, need to focus on other children, etc.

The Lord is the one who creates and takes life and that should not be up to any man.

Deuteronomy 32:39 See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.

The main problem at hand is the fornication that takes place with a lot of people. Marriage is not seen as a righteous thing to do in the sight of the Lord and the byproduct of marriage-children, not being looked upon as a blessing from the Lord.

1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:

4 That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;

People are fulfilling the pleasures of their flesh and dealing in fornication and not marriage like how the Lord ordained that a man and woman should be when it comes to sex.

Genesis 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

Children are also a blessing and should not be looked upon otherwise.

Psalms 127:3 Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.

Life also starts at the moment of conception when the sperm cell meets with an egg . Some women can even tell you that their body feels different the morning after sexual intercourse when they became pregnant.

The Lord also determined who’s going to be born into the earth long before any of us were even thought of. This is what he said to the prophet Jeremiah.

Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Jeremiah 1:4-5

The apostle Paul also stated something similar and what we see is that God has a purpose for all of us and we don’t always know what it is.

Galatians 1:15-16 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace,

16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

So when someone commits abortion they’re committing the act of murder and going against one of the Ten Commandments that says,

Thou shalt not kill. Exodus 20:13

However, this satanic world that we live in puts a pretty spin on it by saying things like, “women’s reproductive rights,” or “my body my choice” when the problem really lies at some of the things that we outlined in this article.

The Lord has always admonished us to repent from our sins and live right in his sight before Christ comes back for judgement.

Acts 17:30-31 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

We should not be getting into fights or debates with people either over this or any other issue.
